CardChef ships all over the world. Our warehouses are located in the United Kingdom, and as such increased international shipping rates to the the rest of the world apply.
Do the recipe cards include nutritional information?

Yes, all our recipes include a detailed nutritional breakdown, including calories, macro nutrients, five-a-day, and all ingredients.
Are any potential allergies highlighted on each card?

Yes, both potential allergies and the full list of ingredients are displayed on each recipe card.
Are the cards waterproof or resistant to kitchen spills?

No, and that's just the way we like it. We've prioritised a luxurious texture to each card, and any flicks or light splashes make our recipe cards that bit more authentic.
Can I reorder individual recipes if I lose or damage a card?

Afraid not, recipe cards can only be purchased as part of a collection, as otherwise the cost of delivery is far greater than that of the card itself.
How many recipes come in a collection?

This depends on the collection, but traditionally each collection includes 10-20 recipes, and therefore 10-20 recipe cards.
What size are the recipe cards?

Each recipe card is 10" (25.40 cm) in width, and 8" (20.32 cm) in height - the perfect dimensions to accompany you in any kitchen.
What is your return policy?

We believe our recipe cards are life changing, so if you're at all unsatisfied with your recipe cards then just let us know by emailing hello@cardchef.com and we'll arrange for them to be returned in full. Please note that only UK returns are accepted.
